PTA and UMA visit Portoalegre in Brazil to present their innovation model.
From Monday, July 3rd to Friday, July 7th, some representatives from The Technology Park of Andalucía and the University of Málaga visited Portoalegre, in Brazil.
As a part of the visit, Sonia Palomo, Deputy Director of International Relations and Technology Transfer, had the opportunity to present PTA’s innovation model and its 25 years of experience in this area. As from the University of Málaga, Víctor Muñoz, Vice-Rector of Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship, highlighted the importance of the collaboration between technology parks and universities in the academic field using The Green Ray building as an example of success.
The presentation took place during the first edition of the Horizonte Project, promoted by Tecnopuc, the Technological Park of Portoalegre in Brazil, with the collaboration of the Pontifical Catholic University of Riogrande do Sul. The meeting was supported by the Ministry of Culture, Education and Economic Development of the Government of Portoalegre, and the Higher Council of Innovation of the Government of Portoalegre.
