The Technology Park of Andalucía is the role model to follow for building a similar Technology Park in Maricá, Brazil.
Over the course of one week, 3 representatives of the Maricá state will know all the sectors in which the Technology Park of Andalucía work in, as well as its projects and cooperations.
The Technology Park of Andalucía has welcomed 3 representatives of Maricá, a state near Rio de Janeiro, that wants to create a similar space to the Technology Park of Andalucía in Brazil. For one week, those representatives visited different companies and entities of the Technology Park of Andalucía as the CADE (an entrepreneurhip center), IASP (the International Association of Science Parks and Areas of Innovation), the CITIC (an innovation and technology regional center), the Bic Euronova (an European center of Málaga companies and innovation), among many others.
In addition, they got to know the building that the Technology Park of Andalucía has in cooperation with the University of Málaga: The Green Ray. And of course, the very good relation that both entities have. Also, they have had the opportunity of being shown how people work in the headquarters of the Technology Park of Andalucía and how the organization of the Park works.
This way, the Technology Park of Andalucía is presented as a role model of learning and functioning, and the companies that will be developed in the Technology Park of Maricá will follow suit. This future Park has a defined area of one million square meters and it is intended to have not only companies, but also an airport, parks, a port and one university.
