With them, there are now 53 companies that are part of the club.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pta.es\/empresas\/aire-networks-del-mediterraneo-slu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Grupo Aire<\/a> is made up of a group of telecommunications companies whose philosophy is based on constant innovation through technology. It offers companies the best connectivity, voice, audiovisual, cloud and data centre solutions, evolving services to adapt to the needs of each client and moment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/es-es\/service\/simplifaction\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Capgemini<\/a> is a world leader in helping companies transform and manage their business by harnessing the power of technology. The company has 340,000 professionals in more than 50 countries. With a strong 55-year track record and deep industry expertise, Capgemini is recognised by its clients for its responsiveness to their business needs, from strategy and design to operations management, all driven by innovation in areas such as Cloud, data, AI, connectivity, software and digital platforms and environments. In 2021, the Group recorded global revenues of \u20ac18 billion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Likewise, new executives from companies that already belonged to the club were welcomed, such as Miguel Rios: Manager CTF of ADIF (replacing Antonio Berrios); Francisco Gallardo: Managing Partner of Babel in M\u00e1laga (replacing Pepe Blanco); Andr\u00e9s Fern\u00e1ndez: CEO of TDK (replacing Auxiliadora Fern\u00e1ndez) and Cristobal Subires: Managing Director (replacing Jean Montalvan).<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><b>Working groups<\/b><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Communication and visibility:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> It works to improve awareness and dissemination of the companies offered by the club. Among the actions carried out in this area is the launch of video campaigns on social networks, mainly Linkedin.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Last year, the first campaign served to highlight the importance of collaborations between companies and the consolidation of the innovation ecosystem around different areas or connection opportunities promoted by M\u00e1laga TechPark: Ideas, Nature, People, University, Talent and Sustainability.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For its part, the second wave, a series of 30 short video clips, allowed members of the M\u00e1laga TechPark Execs management club to share specific experiences of these business collaborations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This year, the campaign launched by the Executives Club on Linkedin has consisted of publicising those products, solutions and services that are implemented by companies. Under the slogan &#8216;Powered by M\u00e1laga TechPark&#8217;, the wave consisted of five video campaigns with these products that were launched from 11 May to 30 June throughout Europe.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The campaign has had 118,092 ad impressions and 33,241 views.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Talent: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It focuses on the training needs and projects aimed at improving and attracting talent demanded by the club&#8217;s companies. The action carried out in this area was the \u201cP\u00edldora Formativa en Ciberseguridad\u201d (Cybersecurity Training Pill), launched by the Digital Transformation Observatory &#8216;Digital Eye&#8217;, set up by M\u00e1laga TechPark and the University of M\u00e1laga.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This training has been sponsored by major companies in the innovation ecosystem of the park, such as Accenture, Virus Total by Google and Dekra. It is a 100-hour online course that is recognised as a University Extension Course Diploma by the University of M\u00e1laga. The sessions are taught by experts in the field of cybersecurity, using a practical approach.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ecosystem reinforcement:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> It is aimed at improving mutual knowledge of the companies in M\u00e1laga TechPark. This group has organized the visit of the members of the Executives Club to the facilities of the companies in the park to get to know how each of them works. TDK, Opplus, Hispasec and 42 Telef\u00f3nica were the first companies visited.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Future Trend Forum<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: It works on technological trends and disruptions in business models. Its main objective is to keep M\u00e1laga companies at the forefront of global innovation. Other objectives are:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Identify and track key disruptive technologies and trends.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To bring together and share knowledge between companies in M\u00e1laga and with the University of M\u00e1laga.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Track strategic technology guidelines and tenders in the EU, Spain and Andalusia<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Discover and track companies in M\u00e1laga working on each theme<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Help publicize companies that are creating disruptive solutions<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Facilitate business cooperation<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The technology trends it works on are: Digital Twins, Connected Driving, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, VR \/ AR \/ XR, 5G \/ 6G and Group Components.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">#U20FN: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It works together with the Universidad de M\u00e1laga for the analysis, development and implementation of common proposals. The first proof of this is the Digital Transformation Observatory &#8216;Digital Eye&#8217;.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6>\n<b>About the club<\/b><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The M\u00e1laga TechPark Execs Executives Club was created with the aim of promoting collaboration between M\u00e1laga TechPark companies and giving visibility to professional excellence, and has brought to the table the work that has been carried out in the different working groups.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This project, which arose during the pandemic, brings together entrepreneurs and managers who account for more than 70% of the Park&#8217;s employment volume.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The club, which is promoted and coordinated by the Park&#8217;s management, is made up of more than fifty business leaders, including the CEOs and senior executives of the following companies: Accenture, ADIF, Aeorum, Aertec. Air Liquide, ANCES, Anovo, APTE, Arelance, Bukit, CaixaBank, Capgemini, Cardivais, CGI, Dedalus, Dekra, DHV, Endesa, Ericsson, Euronutra, EY, Fern\u00e1ndez y Canivell, Freepik, Fujitsu, General Elevadores, Google, Grupo Aire, Grupo Babel, Grupo Premo, Grupo Top Digital, Hispasec, IASP, Idneo, Keysight, LDA, Lynka, Mades, Minsait by Indra, Montero Alimentaci\u00f3n, Opplus, Oracle, Orange, Predictiva, PwC, Talan, TDK, Tedial, Telef\u00f3nica, Torsa, Tupl, UMA, ViewNext and Vodafone Espa\u00f1a.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Two years after its creation, M\u00e1laga TechPark Execs continues to strengthen the ecosystem of the park through its companies, promoting talent and R&amp;D&amp;I projects and strengthening the links between the companies that make it up.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; 53 companies are now members of the club One of the four annual meetings was held, at which new directors have also joined the club to replace outgoing members.
