This free training, funded by Endesa and designed and coordinated with <a href=\"https:\/\/smartcitycluster.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Smart City Cluster<\/a>, will be attended by 25 professionals from the M\u00e1laga Tech Park and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pctcartuja.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PCT Cartuja<\/a>, who will receive up to 30 hours of training on this new sustainable economic model.<\/p>\n<p>This academy is being taught by experts in the field with extensive experience in training and projects related to Sustainability and the Circular Economy. The aim of the workshops, which will be held today, the 6<sup>th<\/sup>, 18<sup>th<\/sup>, 19<sup>th<\/sup>, 25<sup>th<\/sup> and 26<sup>th<\/sup> of October, is to train attendees so that they can apply the knowledge in their work environments, thus contributing to the objectives of eCityM\u00e1laga.<\/p>\n<p>The training is eminently practical and will address key concepts such as circular business models, financing, regulations, eco-design and circular environments, among other topics.<\/p>\n<p>The training programme is based on the \u201clearning by doing\u201d methodology with a series of specific challenges that the students will develop in groups that will help them to apply the knowledge and skills acquired during the course. The challenge will be supervised by <u>Smart City Cluster<\/u> accompanied by experts in the specific areas they are working on.<\/p>\n<p>The training programme includes top-level speakers and experts from public entities such as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uma.es\/?set_language=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>University of M\u00e1laga<\/u><\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.juntadeandalucia.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>Andalusian Regional Government<\/u><\/a>, <u>M\u00e1laga TechPark<\/u>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fundecyt.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>FUNDECYT<\/u> <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.apte.org\/enterpriseeurolodging\/participants\/science-and-technology-park-extremadura\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Extremadura Science and Technology Park<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.malaga.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>M\u00e1laga City Council<\/u><\/a>, and private entities such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.endesa.com\/es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Endesa<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cosentino.com\/es\/?utm_source=google&amp;utm_medium=cpc&amp;utm_campaign=COSENTINO_IBE_ESP_B2B_GEN_SPD_SAP_SEA_BRD_LDS_PRS_AON_GAD_es&amp;utm_content=*General&amp;gclid=Cj0KCQjwnP-ZBhDiARIsAH3FSRcuCmUgT0B6aNl40JfNR7HZWPqP6M9VbzSXJFHFYCIq1130lz8zRJMaAtIZEALw_wcB\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Consentino<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/ciconia.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ciconia Consultores Ambientales<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/verdesdigitales.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Verdes Digitales<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/entomoagroindustrial.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Entomo Agroindustrial<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/enviroo.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Enviroo<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.circularise.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Circularise<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.incotec.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Incotec<\/a>, Solo, <a href=\"https:\/\/3dalia.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">3Dalia<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdk.com\/en\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">TDK,<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/ecogestion.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ecogesti\u00f3n<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unicajabanco.es\/es\/particulares\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Unicaja<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The eCityM\u00e1laga Circular Economy Academy is taking place in the Pepe P\u00e9rez Palmis building (formerly The Green Lemon) of M\u00e1laga TechPark.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>One year of eCityM\u00e1laga<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>In September 2021, Endesa, M\u00e1laga TechPark and M\u00e1laga City Council launched the eCityM\u00e1laga project, to make the park the first urban space to apply the criteria of the circular cities of the future, responding to the challenges posed by the Sustainable Development Goals and making this leading space in technological innovation also a benchmark in sustainability by 2027, and anticipating the climate and energy targets set by the United Nations for the year 2050 by more than two decades.<\/p>\n<p>The eCityM\u00e1laga project aims to turn M\u00e1laga TechPark into the first sustainable urban space with an efficient, 100% renewable and digital circular city model of the future.<\/p>\n<p>The eCityM\u00e1laga project currently has 38 companies as members, representing all the strategic sectors of the M\u00e1laga economy in its different aspects: Ihman, Iredd Telecomunicaciones SL, Soluciones de Movilidad Especiales SL PARK4DIS, Tupl Spain, Grupo Premo, Go hub SL, Opplus, Premier II, FCC, Secalflor, Tedial, Microambiental, Smart City Cluster, IN&amp;AR Infrastructure Engineering SL, Consultor\u00eda de Sistemas y Red, SL, Bionand-Ibima and M\u00e9trica6 Ingenier\u00eda y Desarrollo SL, are the new incorporations, which join Ubora Autoconsumo SL, Bic Euronova SA, Talan Consulting Espa\u00f1a, Inovalis M\u00e1laga Propco Spain SL, ROJOmandarina S.
