{"id":13713,"date":"2023-02-21T11:41:31","date_gmt":"2023-02-21T11:41:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pta.es\/?p=13713"},"modified":"2023-02-21T11:41:31","modified_gmt":"2023-02-21T11:41:31","slug":"the-supply-chain-of-the-aeronautical-sector-meets-in-malaga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pta.es\/en\/noticias\/the-supply-chain-of-the-aeronautical-sector-meets-in-malaga\/","title":{"rendered":"The supply chain of the aeronautical sector meets in M\u00e1laga"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>\n<h6><strong><b>TEDAE has organized the conference \u201cAeronautics, a sector with a future,\u201d which brought together more than 25 companies.<\/b><\/strong><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The annual conference of the Spanish supply chain, organized by TEDAE and under the title \u201cAeronautics, a sector with a future,\u201d was held today at the M\u00e1laga TechPark and brought together more than 25 companies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the beginning of the meeting, David Hern\u00e1ndez, Head of Program Purchasing at Airbus in Spain, spoke about the outlook for the aeronautical sector.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The meeting included a round table discussion on the \u201cChallenges of the Aeronautical Supply Chain\u201d moderated by Juan Rom\u00e1n Gallego, Managing Director of Andaluc\u00eda Aerospace, with the participation of Jos\u00e9 Ignacio Ceballos, Vice President of Supply Chain at Aernnova; Teresa Escolano, Supply Chain Director at Alestis, and Gaztea Laiseca, Head of Supply Chain Fabrications and Raw Materials at ITP AERO.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For her part, Gemma Ortiz de Barr\u00f3n, coordinator of TEDAE&#8217;s Supply Chain Committee and director of Institutional Relations at Aernnova, presented the results of the questionnaire \u201cPrice Impact on the Aeronautical Supply Chain.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The conference highlighted the importance of having a scenario of certainty and continuity in the funds allocated to the Aeronautical Technology Plan beyond 2024, with a specific item in the General State Budget, as is the case in countries with a leading aeronautical industry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Likewise, the effort that the companies of the Aeronautics industry have made in the year 2021 to preserve their competitiveness and talent has also been highlighted. According to the figures of the recent report published by KPMG, the sector&#8217;s turnover amounted to more than 8,100 billion euros (25% in Andalusia) generating direct employment of 34,000 people (36% in Andalusia).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This conference brought together fifty executives from the main companies in the sector, including Airbus, ITP Aero, Aernnova, Aertec, Cimpa Spain, Clue Technologies, Europavia, Escribano Mechanical &amp; Engineer, Inventia Kinetics, Mades, MTorres, Tecnaclia and Tecnobit, as well as representatives of the clusters Aera, Andaluc\u00eda Aerospace and Hegan.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><b><br \/>\n<\/b><b>About TEDAE<\/b><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tedae.org\/es\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spanish Association of Defense, Security, Aeronautics and Space Technology Companies (TEDAE)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is a non-profit association whose purpose is to represent and promote the 90 companies that comprise it and the four strategic sectors it represents. <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TEDAE has organized the conference \u201cAeronautics, a sector with a future,\u201d which brought together more than 25 companies.
