DEKRA collaborates with this <a href=\"http:\/\/uma.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">University of M\u00e1laga<\/a>\u2019s Chair, together with other entities including the School of Telecommunications Engineering, the School of Industrial Engineering, the School of Computer Science and Engineering and M\u00e1laga TechPark.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The award has two categories: junior and senior. The junior category is addressed to women who are currently studying Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics degrees (STEM). The senior category is addressed to graduate women who have extensive work experience in STEM fields. The aim is to make these degrees more visible to women, to increase their interest in them, to contribute to their training and participation in them and to encourage women to work in these fields.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DEKRA, as part of its social responsibility, rewards excellence and talent of \u201cpast, present and future\u201d women in the STEM field, in which they are still a minority nowadays.
