Led by Antonio G\u00f3mez-Guillem\u00f3n, CEO and co-founder of Aertec, and hosted at the EIG Education campus at <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pta.es\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e1laga TechPark<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the session reviewed the actions of the different working groups during the first months of 2025, and set the path for the rest of the year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The working groups within <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pta.es\/malaga-techpark-execs\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e1laga TechPark Execs<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> have carried out around twenty initiatives, such as:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The launch of generative AI microcredentials by the Talent Group.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The start of an annual collaboration plan with ETSI Inform\u00e1tica.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mentoring programs for female executives promoted by the Female Leadership group.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Solar self-supply workshops organized by the Sustainability group.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A cancer awareness run organized by the Ecosystem Support group, which drew over 800 participants to the streets of the M\u00e1laga technopark.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThis Club is not just a meeting forum, it is a transformation tool for companies in the park and the ecosystem around it,\u201d emphasized G\u00f3mez-Guillam\u00f3n during presentations from each group coordinator. \u201cWe want this park to be not only a technological benchmark, but also a human-centered, sustainable, and city-integrated one that creates synergies,\u201d he highlighted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>15 more activities for the rest of the year<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Club members have already proposed up to 15 activities for the rest of 2025. These activities include:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Business delegation visit to Sweden.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Partnerships with the University of M\u00e1laga and private universities for internship agreements and academic advising<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">New sustainability and green mobility events.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Energy certification initiatives<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The announcement of the first M\u00e1laga TechPark Execs Award 2025.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This award aims to recognize the company member of the Club that stands out in areas such as collaboration, innovation, talent attraction, sustainability, local and international impact, and diversity and inclusion. Each working group will submit nominations, and the winning company will be announced in a special event in December. The selected entity will receive a commemorative trophy and visibility across the Club\u2019s official channels.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Javier L\u00f3pez, Director of the UMA innTech office at M\u00e1laga TechPark, also attended the meeting. He formally presented the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">innTech\u00b74\u00b7M\u00e1laga <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">initiative, aiming to strengthen the innovation ecosystem between the University of M\u00e1laga and the companies within the park. In addition, the Director of the University of M\u00e1laga\u2019s Doctoral School showed the potential of Industrial PhD to attract talent, boost innovation projects within the companies, and strengthen university-industry alliances.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Tribute to Carlos Bentabol<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the meeting, the career of Carlos Bentabol, member of the Executives Club and recently retired Head of Marketing at Grupo Babel, was recognized. His colleagues honored him with a commemorative plaque for his dedication, commitment, and valuable contributions to the M\u00e1laga TechPark Executives Club. \u201cHis leadership and vision have left a lasting mark,\u201d stated G\u00f3mez-Guillam\u00f3n, President of M\u00e1laga TechPark Execs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">G\u00f3mez-Guillam\u00f3n and Felipe Romera, Director of M\u00e1laga TechPark Execs, also present at the session, announced the creation of a new working group within the Executives Club: the Senior Talent group, with Bentabol as its first member and coordinator. The goal is to boost the experience as a driver of innovation and leverage the knowledge of senior professionals to strengthen the park\u2019s business ecosystem.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><b>About the club<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pta.es\/malaga-techpark-execs\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e1laga TechPark Execs Directors\u2019 Club<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> was established to foster collaboration between companies within M\u00e1laga TechPark and to highlight professional excellence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This project, which emerged during the pandemic, brings together business leaders and executives who represent over 70% of the park&#8217;s employment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The club, supported and coordinated by the park\u2019s management, consists of more than fifty business leaders, including CEOs and senior executives from companies such as:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accenture, ADIF, Aeorum, Aertec. Premo, PwC, Sogeti, Talan, TDK, Tedial, Telef\u00f3nica, G.
