Notably, its annual recurring revenue (ARR) exceeded \u20ac19 million, up from \u20ac15 million in 2023, representing nearly 70% of total revenue and underlining the company\u2019s quality and predictability.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This positive evolution is supported by all its business lines and the markets where Cuatroochenta operates (Spain and Latin America), from its facility management platforms (FAMA and CheckingPlan) to its vertical business software solutions as a Microsoft partner (Ekamat) and Zoho (Conpas), but especially in cybersecurity services. Sofistic, its specialized cybersecurity unit, now represents over 42% of the total revenue after recording 38% growth, while enhancing profitability.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Quadrupling its size and multiplying EBITDA six times over five years\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuatroochenta\u2019s growth boosts its operational efficiency and financial strength. The group\u2019s EBITDA margin rose above 11.7% in 2024, exceeding \u20ac3.2 million, while consolidated net profit surpassed \u20ac1 million. Since its incorporation into BME Growth in 2020, the company has quadrupled in size and multiplied its EBITDA six times, while in the past year, net profit has grown 6.5 times.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Operating cash flow multiplied its value to \u20ac5.1 million in 2024, while in 2023 the amount was \u20ac2 million, enabling the company to reduce net financial debt below \u20ac5 million. The net financial debt to EBITDA ratio (NFD\/EBITDA) improved to 1.5x from 3.7x the previous year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cCuatroochenta demonstrates its capacity to generate positive operating cash flow, accelerate deleveraging, and increase investment and growth,\u201d explained CFO Javier Rillo, who emphasized that all key metrics exceeded analyst forecasts, including those from JB Capital.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The company\u2019s performance is reflected in its stock price evolution on BME Growth, which rose by 59% in 2024, clearly outperforming the Ibex Growth Market 15, which fell by 25%. This trend has intensified in 2025, with the share price rising from \u20ac7 at the end of 2023 to \u20ac12.9 as of April 29, 2025, an 84% increase.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u201cWe generate cash to invest and accelerate growth\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cWe are in an excellent position to pursue new acquisitions. We have already proven our ability to acquire and scale companies from smaller bases. Now, we are generating the cash needed to invest and accelerate our growth,\u201d highlighted Alfredo R. Cebri\u00e1n, CEO and co-founder of Cuatroochenta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cebri\u00e1n cited the company\u2019s entry into the cybersecurity sector in 2019 as an example of its successful M&amp;A strategy, noting that cybersecurity now accounts for 42% of total revenue, a sector poised for further investment growth in Europe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cWe still can multiply our size and market capitalization. We aim to become a key player in developing technology-driven businesses, cybersecurity, and applied knowledge. We are convinced we have the right foundations to achieve this,\u201d added the CEO.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to Cebri\u00e1n, \u201cCuatroochenta\u2019s success lies in our team\u2019s ability to transform the complexity of technology-based businesses into financial clarity by focusing on recurring revenue, scalability, a predictable model, and delivering tangible value to clients and investors, combined with efficient capital use to pursue strategic investments effectively.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alfredo R. Cebri\u00e1n and Javier Rillo shared these insights during a conversation with financial educator Joan Tubau at Cuatroochenta\u2019s Barcelona office on Balmes Street, using a pioneering format to
