The meeting, hosted at<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.accenture.com\/es-es\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accenture<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019s<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">facilities at M\u00e1laga TechPark, was led by Antonio G\u00f3mez Guillam\u00f3n, CEO of<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/aertecsolutions.com\/en\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AERTEC<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, who welcomed attendees by highlighting the club\u2019s role as a driver of cooperation between the park and society.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One of the highlights of the meeting was the presentation of the M\u00e1laga TechPark Execs 2025 Award to OPPLUS. The award was received by Ricardo Jurado, who recently took over as CEO of the company. Through this recognition, OPPLUS\u2019s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and local impact was acknowledged, underscoring its ability to integrate innovation processes and sustainability criteria into its business model. The award also highlighted the company\u2019s significance within M\u00e1laga\u2019s business ecosystem and its active involvement in social and solidarity initiatives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The club also welcomed two new members: UTAMED and Universidad Europea, represented by their respective rectors, Juan de Dios Jim\u00e9nez and Daniel Hormigos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Talent boost<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the area of talent development, Nuria Iglesias, from Accenture, presented an agenda focused on academic collaboration, including visits to UAX and working meetings within the TalentLab project. This strategy reinforces existing alliances with UTAMED and Universidad Europea, while also consolidating the UMA Inntech office under the direction of Javier L\u00f3pez, which continues to promote the AI Research Capabilities Catalogue.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In parallel, the Female Leadership area, coordinated by Sof\u00eda Schneider from Oracle, has launched the second edition of its mentoring programme and continues to increase its visibility in regional media, while collaborating with major social organisations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Sustainability and mobility<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sustainability and smart mobility also featured prominently on the agenda. In this regard, Pedro Luque, from TDK, reported on the technical conferences planned for this year focusing on carbon footprint and energy efficiency.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regarding shared mobility, Manuel Llanes, from Top Digital Group, announced that the M\u00e1laga TechPark Conecta carpooling app already has 500 users and 119 participating companies. He also revealed the upcoming introduction of a parking space booking feature, aimed at encouraging greater use among professionals working at the park.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This social commitment was further reflected in the success of the race against cancer held on 25 January, which brought together 2,000 participants and raised more than \u20ac12,600 for the Spanish Association Against Cancer in M\u00e1laga.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Looking ahead, Manuel Hern\u00e1ndez, from M\u00e1s Orange, outlined upcoming visits to leading companies such as Indra and Keysight, as well as an open house scheduled for May.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition, Roberto Medina provided a more detailed overview of the Nucle\u00f8 initiative, the Semiconductor Innovation Hub that will operate at M\u00e1laga TechPark as a strategic space for hardware startup incubation and specialised knowledge transfer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lastly, the club welcomed the rectors of UTAMED and Universidad Europea, Juan de Dios Jim\u00e9nez and Daniel Hormigos, as new members, as well as new representatives from Mercedes-Benz Tech Spain, Jorge Le\u00f3n, and Denso Ten, Alfonso Gonz\u00e1lez, further consolidating the growth and diversity of this business group.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>About the Club<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e1laga TechPark Execs Club was created with the aim of fostering collaboration among companies based at M\u00e1laga TechPark and giving visibility to professional excellence. Launched during the pandemic, the project brings together business leaders and executives representing more than 70% of the park\u2019s total employment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supported and coordinated by the park\u2019s management, the club is made up of more than 50 business leaders, including CEOs and senior executives from the following companies:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accenture, ADIF, Aeorum, Aertec.
