Because of high demand and the lack of a similar programme in the sector, the M\u00e1laga-based technology company has already launched the second edition, which will begin in February 2027, with enrolment opening on 5 October.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The digital transformation of Human Resources departments is accelerating the demand for professionals capable of interpreting data, anticipating talent trends and supporting strategic decision-making through artificial intelligence. As a result, the scaleup<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hrider.net\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hrider<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> has decided to launch a new line of business focused on specialised, practical training for professionals wishing to gain a deeper understanding of this discipline. The Hrider Academy is set to become a major business unit that will extend beyond the master\u2019s degree programme itself.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The company, which specialises in Talent Intelligence, operates in 32 countries and is headquartered at <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pta.es\/en\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e1laga TechPark<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, has been detecting for some time now that the current market demands training for profiles which are usually in the humanities area, in aspects related to areas such as mathematics, statistics and data interpretation, delivered in a highly practical manner.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After more than a decade of Hrider\u2019s experience working with hundreds of organisations and analysing the needs of HR departments in the areas of measurement, talent development and data-driven decision-making, the professional profile sought by organisations is evolving towards an increasingly close integration of people management skills and analytical capabilities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To lead this first academic project, Hrider has recruited Jorge Reina, a psychologist specialising in organisations and talent management, with an extensive teaching career and experience at leading international institutions such as Les Roches Marbella. \u201cWe are observing a growing gap between the analytical skills demanded by organisations and the training received by many HR professionals. This programme has been created precisely to help bridge that gap,\u201d explains Reina, the academic director of the master\u2019s programme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>A response to developments in Human Resources<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to an international report on trends in Human Resources, 78% of professionals in the field believe that artificial intelligence and people metrics will be key to the future of the function, whilst People Analytics and data analysis currently represent one of the main skills gaps in HR.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The use of People Analytics and predictive models to understand performance, engagement, potential and organisational risks is transforming the way companies manage their teams.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this context, organisations demand professionals capable of interpreting complex information, identifying behavioural patterns and turning data into decisions that help improve productivity, the employee experience and business results.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThe HR function is undergoing a transformation similar to what other corporate departments experienced years ago, driven by data analytics. Every day more decisions relating to talent require evidence, metrics and the ability to interpret them. This evolution calls for new professional skills,\u201d says Roc\u00edo Valenzuela, Product Manager at Hrider.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Practical training geared towards the business environment<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The master\u2019s programme that is about to begin has 210 teaching hours and covers subjects such as People Analytics, artificial intelligence applied to Human Resources, performance appraisal, predictive analytics, measuring organisational climate and culture, strategic talent management and data-driven decision-making.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The programme is aimed both at recent graduates in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Psychology or related disciplines, and at active professionals seeking to specialise in the application of advanced analytics to people management.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This master combines theoretical sessions, practical case studies, input from practising professionals, and twelve months&#8217;
