The firm of Salvador Moreno Peralta has won the tender for the drafting of the basic project for the four office buildings in the first phase of the expansion of M\u00e1laga TechPark. The architect, who submitted a bid budgeted at 323,000 euros plus VAT, will also be in charge of drawing up the execution project, the health and safety study, the construction management and the health and safety coordination during the construction phase.<\/p>\n
The Malaga architect already has a work in Malaga TechPark, the Alei building, which gives its name to the square where it is located, is the headquarters of multinationals such as Oracle, Ericsson and Opplus. This building’s design conveys a clear technological vocation.<\/p>\n
The building complex is defined as a group of four identical two-floors buildings, which will be erected on the plots of land located to the north of the technology park site. The constructible area of each building is 3,799 square meters, so that the set of four buildings will reach a size of 15,196 square meters for companies that develop their activity around the new digital technologies.<\/p>\n
With this project M\u00e1laga TechPark proposes a new “workplace” strategy. A concept of flexible spaces, adapted to the new trends of decentralization of teams, with spaces for collaboration, co-creation and communication, spaces for digital nomads.<\/p>\n
The plan establishes the need to incorporate technologies to increase security and sustainability in buildings and offices in line with current trends (CO2 footprint measurements, “contactless” technologies, sensorization, air quality, lighting and “wellness” spaces, etc). In terms of energy savings, the proposed buildings must meet the Nearly Zero Energy Buildings (nZEB) standard. To this end, the building design and expected energy consumption will have to take into account the corresponding regulations to promote energy efficiency.<\/p>\n
