CLOUD Y OLÉ, Innova IRV Microelectronics and Ubora Solar stand out in APTE’s national ranking, which highlights the most innovative projects based in Spanish science and technology parks
The Association of Science and Technology Parks of Spain (APTE) has published its annual list of the 100 most outstanding startups of 2025, a ranking that brings together innovative projects located in 43 science and technology parks across 15 autonomous communities. This year, Málaga TechPark once again features prominently, with three selected startups: CLOUD Y OLÉ, Innova IRV Microelectronics and Ubora Solar.
This recognition reinforces Málaga TechPark’s role as one of the country’s leading innovation hubs and highlights the quality of the entrepreneurial talent fostered within its ecosystem.
CLOUD Y OLÉ specialises in cloud-based technology solutions, focusing on optimising business processes and improving the operational efficiency of organisations across different sectors, thereby contributing to the digital transformation of the productive fabric.
Innova IRV Microelectronics develops advanced technology in the field of microelectronics, a strategic sector for Europe’s technology industry, with applications in areas such as high-performance electronics and intelligent systems.
Meanwhile, Ubora Solar focuses on developing innovative solutions in the field of solar energy and sustainability, contributing to the energy transition through efficient and environmentally-friendly technologies.
APTE ranking
APTE’s 2025 list of the top 100 startups reflects the leadership of digital technologies, followed by the growing importance of sectors such as health, biotechnology, sustainability and energy. The ranking also includes significant initiatives in fields such as industry, aeronautics, electronics, consultancy and engineering, demonstrating the diversity and strength of the innovative ecosystem present in Spanish science and technology parks.
This year, three of the selected startups originated thanks to the APTENISA ideation and acceleration programme, launched by APTE with the support of ENISA, consolidating the initiative’s impact on the creation and growth of technology companies. Moreover, 42 of the 100 startups have at least one woman in a leadership position, reflecting progress towards a more diverse and inclusive ecosystem.
To increase the visibility of these companies, APTE has created a dedicated space on its website where detailed information on every startup can be consulted, including its area of activity, the location of its science and technology park, website, annual turnover range, capital raised, investments status, and year of establishment. This information is completed with a descriptive booklet available in both Spanish and English.
Now in its third consecutive year, the initiative aims to recognise the talent and entrepreneurial ability developed in Spanish science and technology parks, while also facilitating contact between startups and potential investors interested in high-growth projects.
