Kadans Science Partner, a European leader in the investment, development and management of properties dedicated to innovation, and the Adecco Group, the largest talent group committed to people and innovation, have signed a collaboration agreement to offer comprehensive talent management solutions to companies based at Kadans’ centres in Málaga TechPark, thereby reinforcing their commitment to business growth and the competitiveness of one of southern Europe’s leading technology hubs.

The agreement establishes a framework for cooperation, enabling both organisations to work together by combining Kadans’ expertise in the creation and management of scientific and technological infrastructures and ecosystems with Adecco’s leadership in talent management, human resources consultancy, training and employment advice.

Through this partnership, companies within the Kadans community will be offered specialised services in recruitment, hiring, training, consultancy and advice on employment and human resources matters on preferential terms, thereby facilitating access to the qualified talent required by strategic sectors such as deep tech, life sciences and healthcare.

Miguel Muñoz Padellano, head of Kadans Science Partner Spain, states: “Our aim is to create ecosystems where innovation can flourish under the best possible conditions. Talent is one of the most decisive factors for the success of organisations and, thanks to this collaboration with Adecco, we are expanding the services we make available to our community to help them grow and tackle their future challenges.”

“Today, more than ever, technology and science companies need access to highly specialised professionals and a partner to support them in talent management. This agreement with Kadans allows us to be closer to a highly innovative business ecosystem and to provide solutions tailored to its needs,” adds Santiago Lozano Gómez, national director of the IT division at Adecco Perm.

Through this initiative, Kadans continues to expand its network of strategic partners, enriching its deep tech centre in Málaga and providing high value-added services to the organisations that form part of its communities.

This approach reinforces Kadans’ commitment to creating environments where science, technology, business, innovation and knowledge converge to foster connections and opportunities.
