  • “The key to success is not collecting data, but turning it into intelligence that transforms organizations,” says CEO Daniel del Río

These are the dates and location chosen by Hrider to unveil its powerful new AI-driven People Analytics Lab: Hrider Lab. This advanced platform enables organizations to dive deeply into all available data on talent and employee experience. Thanks to its integrated artificial intelligence, even non-expert professionals can easily interpret results, identify areas for improvement, and receive actionable recommendations to implement within their companies.

The Málaga-based startup, which has been testing this technology with select clients for months to great success, will officially present it at the upcoming HR Expo (stand 12A18), the leading event in Spain for people and team management, where Hrider will be attending.

“The key is not in storing data, but in converting it into intelligence that transforms organizations,” says Daniel del Río, CEO of Hrider. “There’s still a long way to go before HR departments become true strategic drivers of business growth. In this context, Hrider has become a competitive advantage for our clients: reducing turnover, retaining talent, and identifying inefficiencies can make the difference in an increasingly competitive world.”

According to del Río, Hrider Lab goes further than most market solutions, “like a crystal ball”, allowing CEOs to quickly understand the culture and talent of their teams, recognize their challenges and strengths, and turn assumptions into verifiable insights. “Hrider Lab helps extract strategic conclusions to transform the company and take it to the next level.”

Focused on strategic talent management and people development, what the company defines as “Talent Intelligent Software”, Hrider has been a pioneer in applying AI to Human Resources. As Rocío Valenzuela, Product Manager at Hrider, explains: “Our goal is to make the world better by helping people advance their careers, develop their capabilities, and realize their potential. Our AI-powered talent management software, combined with a truly value-driven customer service, makes that possible.”

Hrider was created with the mission of democratizing Human Resources management, enabling companies of any size (from 10 to 10,000 employees) to implement continuous improvement processes that were once reserved for large multinationals. Its technological solution specializes in measuring and managing talent within organizations committed to innovation. The software integrates advanced People Analytics and Artificial Intelligence, focusing on talent diagnosis and development, while streamlining goal and performance evaluation, 360º feedback, and culture and climate assessments for medium and large enterprises.

“We’ve created a new market segment, a specialized solution compared to generalist alternatives that fail to address the strategic core of HR: talent management,” adds Valenzuela.

“Our purpose has always been to build happier, more efficient organizations by equipping them with next-generation technology that uses mathematical models to uncover employee potential. With our cloud-based People Analytics platform, available to companies of any size, we empower HR professionals and put people at the center of business decision-making.”
