The European project UPTECH, which brings together universities, organizations specializing in sustainable innovation, and research centers from across Europe under the triple-helix cooperation model, has officially launched its online mentoring program. This initiative aims to strengthen innovation ecosystems and entrepreneurship in the Deep Tech sector.
During November, participants have the opportunity to access specialized training in English, delivered by ten international experts. The program, consisting of ten online sessions, offers a unique chance to learn directly from professionals in innovation and technology, while also fostering synergies between entrepreneurs, researchers, and other actors across Europe.
In the first two weeks of November, four initial sessions were held, focusing on:
- How to create a Business Plan
- Building the Vision
- How to undertake entrepreneurship without investment
- Team building and mindset
These sessions provided participants with strategic and practical tools to boost their startups, including business planning, building a forward-looking vision, strategies for growth without external investment, and effective team management.
Additionally, they offered guidance on combining creativity, discipline, adaptability, and collaboration, and on leveraging the entrepreneurial ecosystem and technology to transform ideas into sustainable, high-impact projects.
The program will continue until the end of November with sessions focusing on:
- Strategic and inclusive communication for startups
- Key elements of customer behavior
- Internationalization and social media strategy
- Fundamentals of content marketing
- Promoting innovation and entrepreneurship
- Internal marketing in startups
With this initiative, UPTECH is establishing itself as a European hub for learning and collaboration, fostering talent development and innovation.
