The event, held within the framework of Winter Invest 2025, connected deep-tech talent with investors and key innovation ecosystem stakeholders
Málaga TechPark, in collaboration with the Pole National Digital Content, organised a deep-tech start-ups Demo Day of the European project atTRACTION within the framework of Winter Invest 2025.
The European project atTRACTION aims to strengthen the European entrepreneurial ecosystem by connecting Deep Tech start-ups from Lithuania, Wielkopolska (Poland) and Andalusia with support networks, investors and organisations that foster their growth.
The Demo Day took place on Thursday, 11 December, at the Málaga National Digital Content Hub – High Technology Incubator in Metaverse, as part of a Winter Invest 2025 edition that brought together more than 200 professionals, 37 investors, 60 innovation ecosystem stakeholders and nearly 100 registered start-ups, creating a unique environment to connect capital, talent and new opportunities. In addition, Aline Daniel, International Projects Manager at Málaga TechPark, took part in the “Smart Co-Investment” round table alongside key ecosystem stakeholders.
A showcase for deep-tech innovation
Within the framework of the Demo Day, seven deep-tech start-ups with high-impact technological solutions were selected to pitch their proposals to investment funds, business angels and key entrepreneurial stakeholders. The participating start-ups were: OWO, AIRWAY SHIELD SL, Msurgery, Novelingo S.L., Voicepowered AI, PlayMovieAI and Bebyte, representing fields such as haptic technology, MedTech, immersive education, artificial intelligence, advanced voice solutions, audiovisual creation and EdTech.

Following the jury’s evaluation, OWO was recognised as the winning start-up of the Demo Day. Based in Málaga, OWO has developed and patented a wireless haptic vest that enables users to experience real physical sensations in real time within digital environments.
Boosting investment and partnerships
Through this activity, Málaga TechPark reinforces its role as a key actor in connecting deep-tech start-ups with investors and ecosystem members, facilitating investment discussions and the development of strategic partnerships that accelerate the growth and international projection of technological projects.
