- ANCES Open Innovation, the Open Innovation program promoted by the Spanish National Association of BICs, headquartered at BIC Euronova and presided over by the Director of the Málaga-based BIC, Álvaro Simón de Blas, will conclude its eighth edition on May 22 in Madrid
The Ances Open Innovation 2025 program (AOI) is approaching its peak. The 9 major companies that presented technological challenges for startups are currently reviewing the 183 proposals submitted in this edition.
This record number of entries adds excitement to the final event, which will take place on Thursday morning, May 22, at the Google for Startups headquarters (Moreno Nieto street, 2, 28005 Madrid). The driving companies will meet with their finalist startups from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m., followed by a public event from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
A MAJOR OPPORTUNITY FOR STARTUPS
The driving companies of this 8th edition of Ances Open Innovation are Cojali, COVAP, Denso Ten, Grupo Orenes, Iberdrola, Macrosad, MAPFRE, Meisa, and Mundiplan. “For the winning startups, those that have come closest to the desired solution, will have a major opportunity to grow in collaboration with leading companies in their industries,” stated Álvaro Simón de Blas, President of ANCES and Managing Director of BIC Euronova, located in Málaga TechPark, along with Cristina Fanjul, Vice President and coordinator of the program.
