OPPLUS announced on Friday the appointment of Ricardo Jurado as the new CEO of the company, a move aimed at further strengthening its market position and advancing its business expansion strategy.
The transition, set to take place in January 2026, comes at an excellent moment for the Málaga-based company, which has managed to position itself as a leading company in the BPO sector over the years.
Ricardo Jurado comes from BBVA Technology, a BBVA Group company where he has served as CEO since January 2024. His more than 20 years of experience across different business areas within the bank, along with his strategic mindset, were key factors for his admission to OPPLUS.
This appointment follows the departure of Pablo Benavides, whose stage as CEO of OPPLUS and Chairman of GYAR comes to an end after 9 years leading the company. During this period, Benavides remained committed to focusing on process quality and, above all, on the people.
