The European Commission renews the EU|BIC trademark for five years to Bic Euronova

The Malaga incubator TechPark is recognized at European level for its model of support for the creation, consolidation and internationalization of innovative companies.

BIC Euronova, the European Business and Innovation Center of Malaga based in Malaga Tech Park, after successfully passing the audit and evaluation, has managed to renew the EU|BIC brand for a period of 5 years, in recognition of its operating model and compliance with the quality criteria required by the European Commission.

BIC Euronova consolidates its extensive experience and international vocation as a European Business and Innovation Center, a pioneer in Malaga in supporting the creation, incubation, consolidation and internationalization of innovative companies. In addition to hosting innovative companies from Malaga and Spain, throughout almost 30 years of activity it has had international companies and entrepreneurs of different nationalities in its facilities.

The EU|BIC trademark was created by the European Commission to boost the economic development and innovation potential of European regions. The purpose of an EU|BIC is to accelerate innovative business initiatives through support services for entrepreneurs and SMEs.

The European Union developed a standard European Business and Innovation Center model in the mid-1980s. The name “European Union Business and Innovation Centres, EU|BIC” or “European Business and Innovation Centre CEEI” is a registered trademark assigned by the European Commission to EBN for its management, which offers a guarantee of compliance with the competencies linked to the performance of a CEEI or BIC.

EBN is the European network of European Business and Innovation Centers, which after more than 30 years of existence brings together more than 250 BICs/CEEIs throughout Europe, among which is the BIC Euronova BIC Malaga.
